On June 21, 2024, ZSHK Laboratories Limited (referred to as "ZSHK") was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Shenzhen Park of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone Development Co., Ltd (referred to as "SH-STIC").

The two parties leveraged their respective advantages to form an integrated and complementary advantage, and established a long-term strategic partnership in areas such as preclinical CRO services for biomedical and device R&D, in order to promote the innovative development of the biomedical industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and support Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in building an international innovation center.

On that day, Ding Haicheng, Chairman of SH-STIC, and Zeng Jianpeng, Director of Development Office of the Hetao SZ-HK Science & Technology Innovation Coorperation Zone, both delivered speeches, expressing their expectations and affirmation for the key projects and ecological cooperation in Hetao.
